Barbara Bush: They're Better Off At the Shelters...They Were Disadvantaged, Right?
The woman who once said regarding her husband's war casualties, that she'd rather not bother her "beautiful mind" about dead soldiers says now that the working poor on cots are (she chuckles) better off at a relief center.
Lots of those people had homes, but no cars, Babs. Better off? WTF? Presidential parents have been so absent, so not a very good return to public life, this.
